The Commonwealth is located towards the northern end of Seven Mile Beach across from Salt Creek and the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. Created by Texan developer Tadich Tinsley and built in 1990 by Arch & Godfrey, The Commonwealth offers just twelve three and four bedroom luxury apartments with two hundred feet of pristine beach front and it is one of the least developed sites on Seven Mile Beach. With a beachfront pool and onsite management, The Commonwealth also offers owners a tennis court and Club house across the road which is where the garages are also located.
Adjacent to The Commonwealth on its north side is the Mandalay and to the south is London House.
