Tamarind Bay, Seven Mile Beach is located towards the southern end of the beach on a beautiful section of white sand with easy access to the Caribbean Sea and excellent snorkelling. This enviable location is within less than one minute walk of two hotels: The Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort and the Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Hotel.
This is an older complex but offers exceptional value when you consider the quality of sand on this section of the beach and many of the apartments have been upgraded and modernized over the years and as with many of the older condominium developments in Grand Cayman, it offers low density (just twenty-eight apartments) with relatively high beach frontage, it also enjoys access to a tennis court.
