Plantana, Grand Cayman offers one of the largest condominium sites on Seven Mile Beach with over two and three quarter acres of tropically landscaped grounds and a spectacular three hundred and eighty feet of beach front overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Plantana is flanked by luxury condo complexes on either side, to the north is The Great House and to the south is The Pinnacle and this section of Seven Mile Beach is arguably the best, certainly giving the greatest depth of sand between the property line and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
Plantana comprises forty nine condominiums set over three floors and layed out in an X shape. Offering one, two, and three bedroom apartments the majority of which are beach front or beach view with a few garden view units, Plantana has a large beachfront pool and onsite management with a strong reputation for daily vacation rentals with around forty six of the condominiums being placed in the rental pool.
The architect behind the design of Plantana was OBMI and the project was managed by Bould Consulting and McAlpine Limited was the the construction company. Although the balconies are constructed in hardwood to "soften" the appearance the main structures of the Plantana buildings are concrete.
