Laguna Del Mar, Seven Mile Beach is located towards the southern end of the beach on a beautiful section of white sand with easy access to the Caribbean Sea and excellent snorkelling almost directly west of Camana Bay on the North Sound. Built in 1989, Laguna Del Mar is so named because of the large lake featured on site, to the east of the lake are eleven townhouses and to the west is the swimming pool beyond which are twenty-four beach front apartments.
With just three stories on the beach front, Laguna Del Mar offers six end units and these are some of the most spacious on Seven Mile Beach offering an area of 3,900 sqft which includes the condominium and garage.
The internal apartments are also some of the most generous on the beach and provide a wider floor plan than is seen in most other complexes on Seven Mile Beach with an area of 2,600 sqft which includes the garage.
