George Town Villas was built in the early eighties and sits towards the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, although the beach in this area is not as pristine as others on Seven Mile Beach it offers a great entry price point.
It sits on one of the largest sites on Seven Mile Beach at over four acres and offers a tropical, tranquil retreat that seems far removed from the bustle of George Town which is only a short distance away.
Although there is no onsite rental manager, many owners will rent their properties through the various popular rental portals available. The complex offers an oceanfront pool as well as a tennis court.
Adjacent to George Town Villas on its north side is the new luxury project under construction, Aqua, and to the south is Grapetree.
