Overview
Prospect & Spotts, Grand Cayman
The area of Prospect stretches from Prospect Point in the south all the way to the North Sound in the north, a location where you are never far from ocean breezes as it’s one of the narrowest parts of Grand Cayman.
Prospect Point is a particularly spectacular crescent boasting a swathe of high-class, luxurious beachfront homes that enjoy expansive views of the sun rising. Prospect itself offers beautiful, spacious properties with waterfront and lagoon views at Patrick’s Island, newly built, modern-designed townhouses at The Lakes at Poindexter and well-established individual family homes throughout the area. There is easy access to the North Sound and all the delights this incredible expanse of water provides and Harbour House Marina does a great job in providing everything you require for a day’s boating.
Spotts is a little village all of its own located just slightly further east, sandwiched between Prospect and Savannah, a coastal community that lies along Spotts Bay to the south. Spotts has its own public beach which is a really gorgeous, quiet sandy cove that is beloved by locals, its own boat dock at Spotts Landing, as well as a unique bird sanctuary – the Governor Gore Bird Sanctuary, named after a previous Governor who founded it. The east-west arterial road is a useful link from George Town to these areas.
Well-priced condominiums complexes such as Ocean Club and South Shore Apartments enjoy stunning ocean views in this pretty spot of Grand Cayman, while Willow Pointe condominiums is a secluded residential haven of light and airy well-landscaped townhouses.
