ABOUT GIANPIERRE

Gianpierre is a true adventurer who left his home country, Italy. after completing his degree in Information Technology, to travel the world on his motorbike. He has lived in France and the USA, where he worked in the hospitality industry, before returning to southern Italy to develop the booming property and tourism market there for a few years. Discovering the Cayman Islands was a turning point for Gianpierre who has lived on island for over four years and has settled here with his family. Gianpierre is passionate about real estate and the continued development of the Cayman Islands. As a sales agent for Cayman Islands Sotheby's International Realty, Gianpierre excels both in the service he provides and in his commitment to clients. As a result of his experience in the world of international hospitality, as well as the property and tourism industries, Gianpierre understands the value of great service, and the art of deal-making with the greatest discretion.

Gianpierre loves to cook traditional Italian dishes with video chat assistance from his grandmother ‘Nonna’ in southern Italy. When the morning air is still fresh, Gianpierre and his girlfriend often ride their motorcycles to Rum Point for breakfast. One of Gianpierre’s favourite things is to walk his German Shepherd, Hamilton, on Seven Mile Beach and go for a swim together.

Gianpierre’s passion for real estate began 10 years ago in southern Italy, where he worked as a translator for overseas real estate investors, specialising in the sales of luxury homes and leased business investment properties. It continued on to Cayman, where he decided to become a full-time agent in 2017. Gianpierre believes the key to success is all about the right match, matching the heart of the buyer with the soul of the home. This is why he chose Sotheby’s International Realty, which provides the best tools and expertise anyone needs to make the right match happen.

Gianpierre says that, as a realtor, his first priority is to make his clients happy and serene in order for them to enjoy a successful, stress-free real estate experience. They can count on him any time of day when they have a question or concern. He speaks three languages: English, Italian and French.

When not pursuing his passion in real estate, Gianpierre enjoys motorcycles, wine and his guitar. His motto is, “Work hard and play hard; things are always sweeter if you had a hard time getting them!”
