The Watermark, Seven Mile Beach is set to become the latest luxury real estate offering from Caribbean property developer, Fraser Wellon. The Watermark would appear aptly named and will no doubt set a new level of high tide for the ever increasing expectations of the Seven Mile Beach luxury home buyer. As always, exclusivity is paramount and only fifty four beach front apartments will be offered which is six fewer than at WaterColours, a previous Wellon development.
The Seven Mile Beach location between The Avalon and Harbour Heights is a rare, previously undeveloped site offering three hundred feet of pristine white sand on a beach front site of close to three acres which will be joined by a pedestrian bridge to a six acre site on the opposite side of West Bay Road.
The inland site will be able to offer additional amenities such as a restaurant, spa and guest accommodation that will all complement the luxury lifestyle being offered to the fortunate few who will call The Watermark home. The main building at The Watermark will be a ten storey tower and in a departure from much of the architecture on Seven Mile Beach will present a feeling of much more glass than concrete, the mixture of apartment sizes will also be greater than that seen in recent Fraser Wellon projects with a couple of two bedroom options ranging all the way up to five bedroom offerings.
Along with the usual facilities expected in a luxury beach resort, such as fitness studio and Owners Lounge, The Watermark is slated to provide twelve swimming pools and a breathtaking beachfront area the like of which has not yet been seen in the Cayman Islands. However, we expect the greatest focus to be on the lifestyle aspect of luxury living with a high level of concierge service and staff on hand to meet daily needs and provide an authentic feel of luxury which is surely the true watermark of any luxury real estate development.
Adjacent to The Watermark on its north side is Harbour Heights and to the south is The Avalon.
A place to call home.
