Harbour Heights, Seven Mile Beach is located towards the northern end of the beach on a beautiful section of white sand with easy access to the Caribbean Sea and excellent snorkelling across from Governor's Harbour on the North Sound.
Built in 1971, it is one of the original condominium developments on Seven Mile Beach and as such offers a spacious setting with mature tropical gardens. It has a large kidney shaped pool with a club house adjacent as well as cabanas on the palm tree lined stretch of beach.
Adjacent to Harbour Heights is Public Beach and a short walk to the north is the luxury Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. It was developed prior to the introduction of the Strata Titles Registration Law of 1973, to enable private ownership of individual condos and joint ownership of common property. A 999 year lease was set up along with Harbour Heights Association Limited of which all owners units are members and instead of By-Laws to govern the daily running of the property Articles of Association were put in place.
Adjacent to Harbour Heights on its north side is Public Beach beyond which is the Seafire Residences and the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa to the south is a vacant land parcel beyond which recently received planning approval for the latest luxury development by Fraser Wellon: The Watermark beyond this is The Avalon.
