The Discovery Point Club was built in the mid-eighties by ubiquitous Seven Mile Beach developer Brian Butler and is located towards the quieter northern end of the beach - a little further north than Salt Creek and the Cayman Islands Yacht Club.
As an older complex, it enjoys a low density of condos, just forty-five apartments sitting on around three hundred and forty-five feet of Seven Mile beachfront it has a beachfront pool, and tennis court. With onsite management, it caters well to daily rental tourists.
